PlasticsEuropes initiativ til at fremme genanvendelse af polystyren (og dermed også EPS) har fået navnet Styrenics Circular Solutions, og de har netop lanceret en hjemmeside.
Af pressemeddelelsen kan man læse:
“Styrenics Circular Solutions (SCS) announced the launch of a dedicated website as part of its commitment to leading a new and comprehensive approach to the recycling of styrenics. The SCS website details both the vital role that styrenebased products play in the circular economy and the steps SCS is taking to transform the styrenics industry.”
Den samlede polystyrenindustri arbejder således for øget genanvendelse. Det skal der uden tvivl nok komme noget godt ud af.
